Professionalising Resettlement - Improving Long-Term Outcomes

Resettlement UK aims to bridge the gap between policy and practice - support workers and 15-18 year old custody leavers in order to increase the likelihood of improved long-term outcomes. Our work supports the development of more appropriate resettlement support services for this group.
