• Excellent training in an area of work that very little other training is available for

• Would recommend the programme to... All YP managers and case work teams
• Excellent handbook guidance which you could take away
• Regarding Legislative Framework: Could not understand if this wasn't explained
• Most useful part... The different responsibilities of the various agencies in relation to managing young people in our care, and striving for better outcomes especially in terms of resettlement

• Do differently now... Ensure SW are fulfilling their statutory responsibilities to YP in custody - 23ZA
• It clearly outlined roles and responsibilities - It clearly outlined legislation and regulations
• I'm unsure exactly how I can do things differently until the policies / proceedures are in place - however, I now have a good insight into what is expected
• I was hoping to have time to look at 'how' the services can be provided - where the resources will come from

• Do differently now... Refer to law and guidance if the local authority make decisions that go against what the law covered
• Most useful part... As a leaving care worker, everything that would have an impact on my role
• A lot of information to take in, in one day but useful and informative
• Will be confident to quote the law to managers in terms of funding and support for young people

• Was very informative & helped to make sense of a potentially very confusing & complicated area...!
