We provide support in key areas in order to professionalise the resettlement of young custody leavers throughout the UK. We offer a resettlement consultancy service to support local authorities who are keen to improve practice and deliver improved long term outcomes to their young people. We aim to bridge the gap between policy and practice, supporting the ongoing development of good practice between support workers and young custody leavers through the development of specialist learning & development products.
